Life

is movement

To move on we must let go - we can’t achieve our goals by staying in one place and hanging on.

Each of us has a period of time that is our lives and will be delineated by our beginning and our ending.

Some of us may have long lives while others will be less fortunate. The point is - we don’t have any time to waste!

What is holding you back? Why do you do what you do?

How will you use your time? What legacy will you leave?

The end is the beginning - face your fears, name your issues, examine your motives and then let go to get on with your life!

As Daniel Roach says “You can survive by holding on, but you can only live by letting go.” - from his article “When Letting Go is the Only Way to Live”

“Many of us crucify ourselves between two thieves - regret for the past and fear of the future.”

–Fulton Oursler
