Being labeled as functionally nonverbal and using a wheelchair for mobility hasn’t prevented Glenda from living her life to the fullest.
Glenda did this video for Lorelle VanFossen who delivered the keynote at WordCamp Portland 2008 on how WordPress is changing lives.
